## Community Q&A

**Q: Desperately need help with small living room** *(in Design Dilemma)*

I am renting a small 450 sq foot apartment near the beach. I am in desperate need of some help with the living area. Of note, I can not change anything structurally nor can I flip this room with another, it must stay as the living room.  I would also like to place a TV in this room which I realize makes it even more difficult. The measuring tape on the floor is opened to 75" and the whole wall is only 103". The white door goes to the bedroom and the brown is the front door (right in then middle of the room). To the left of the front door is a wall of French doors that open to a 250 sq foot patio. Any thoughts on furniture arrangement would be much appreciated!
