Silverstone Developments was established in 2007 by Owner and Project Manager Bill Kellins.  Bill graduated from the Univercity of Saskatchewan with a Commerce Degree and a double major in Finance & Economics.  He worked in the Finance Industry for 10 years as an Investment Advisor managing a large portfolio.  His passion for building and working with the tools lead him to make a full time switch into the home building industry.

Silverstone Developments is very kowledgeable about the home building industry.  Along with Bill's experience and his management skills he would be an asset to your project.  We not only understand the value of good craftsmanship but also of a solid investment.  As Saskatoon grows, Silverstone will work to make sure we're building homes that help you thrive. 

Over the years we have collaborated with a team of professional sales people, trades people, designers and management staff to make sure your home building project or renovation goes smoothly.

Silverstone Developments is built on two pillars that we believe are essential to success; value and quality.  Bill and his team continually grow and learn in order to keep up with the changes in the industry that improve in design and technologies.  Silverstone offers a 10 year home warranty package and we are certified to build you an energy star home.
