I felt at all times like he, and Garcia Roofing Services where trying to win my business vs. just expecting it. We ultimately gave the project to Garcia Roofing Services, solely based on our interactions with Jack and his team. On the day the work began, the crew was there early and took great care to protect my windows, landscape and surrounding area. The crew worked tirelessly, and were extremely respectful at all times. Doing a complete tear off roof project makes an enormous mess. I knew the crew would clean up, but to be honest – I was pretty sure I would have some work to do after they left, considering all the small items all over the area. They cleaned up the entire area, raked my landscape to grab everything and made sure trash blown into the neighbors’ yards was picked up. I live in 3 acres, the wind blew stuff a good distance, and they got all of it. When they left, you couldn’t tell they were even there.
