I heard lots of Texas roofing horror stories, so I wanted to thoroughly research my options. At least 30 "roofers" visited my house after the storm. But we have a policy NOT to purchase anything from solicitors (except for kids selling). > Based on a newspaper columnist's recommendation, I checked out which roofers were members of the North Texas Roofing Contractors Association. I called them and learned that this organization has strict member requirements. Once I narrowed my list of possibilities, I checked their BBB rating; then I checked with Anji. > MY SELECTION: > By sheer volume of A-ratings, Quality Tops Roofing looked like a promising candidate.
