In a word, she is outstanding. I am not the easiest customer to deal with, and we had some design changes (not due to her) that changed the entire layout of the Master bath. She handled the whole situation spectacularly. What we did not realize when she came on is that she would also act as a project manager as well, interfacing with the contractor.
