I am a contractor, and her design and material specifications saved me days of effort putting together the perfect design for a 2-bed, 1-bath renovation project.  She listened to the homeowner's wishes, was professional and thorough in her consultation, took accurate measurements, and followed with a design that perfectly melded a modern design aesthetic with the needs of the client.  The best part for me (the contractor) is that her vision can actually be built to spec and I was able to put together a very accurate estimate for the customer.  Looking forward to bringing the design to life through the construction process, and would highly recommend Emily and her services to other contractors and homeowners alike. The kitchen features light, bright materials and open shelving to allow the space to feel larger. Unique lighting was added to create intimate zones within the main living area. A combination of vintage and new pieces in each room give the home an updated but authentic and lived-in style.

In the living room, swivel chairs were placed near the windows so the owners can enjoy every sunset.
