For a 2 week job, we are now a month out with a half way re-done bathroom and $1600 in the hole. The plumber did not follow the tub installation instructions and the tub developed a leak through the tub wall. New Ray reasonably offered to fix but cut through our live water main supply in their attempt to do so flooding our house. While my house was flooding, the project manager did not answer the phone for hours. While financially they refunded us a respectful amount, i cannot recommend them to do any work for you. To add our new contractor has pointed out \*numerous\* areas that would have caused us major issues had we allowed new ray to finish. Drywall backwards, wrong screws (they would have rusted) behind the tile, sink not mounted into a stud.
