> This project was better than what I thought.The architect designed every space include interior design and the house plan in the best way that causes optimize using of available space.
>   About exterior design,the elevation has a beautiful form composition and the yard,although it's small,is a cozy place to spend time with family in the evening.
> The sitting room has an eye-catching view of the yard.It's extensive window providessun light during the day.
>   We also have a spectacular roof garden that has a useful barbecue space.
>   Totally I'm satisfied with the results.

> We built our new custom apartment with azARC LTD. ( PERV. PARS ISTA LTD.) and the result was great. The best qualities of building with azARC were working with a family based business.
> We signed the contract with them and they were very fair and upfront with the costs of the building.
> During construction we worked with a team who had excellent suggestions and have the pride of their work and I can slike site manager, foreman, surveyor and... they're knowledgeable about options available and has great taste when helping us choose features for our home.
