> Beyond our expectations. Way beyond. This was a remodel of part of our home. We'd done window and floor upgrades, little things. This was our first major project. We saw the DLC signs all over our neighborhood, so at first glance, they were doing something right. When we called, they came out on time, told us what they could do, and gave us an estimate that was a little higher than another, but in retrospect, it was totally worth it.
> We loved the result, but more importantly, we survived the process with their help. The subcontractors were perfectionists, very competent, and were clean, on time, and respectful of our home and us. The project coordinator was especially helpful -- good at keeping us informed and very pleasant to have around to help us learn how to "survive" a remodel. It's not for the faint of heart!

Patrick OConnell's team did an exceptional job executing the job on budget and on time.  More importantly with the level of care and quality you desire but often so rare to find in the industry.  When you met Patrick and learn about his background and experience it is clear he has the expertise to execute on jobs with complexity and scope.  Patrick and his team guided us through the numerous decisions we needed to make (there are a lot!) and looking back now we grateful knowing it would have turned out so different if we hadn't had their supervision from years of experience in the trade.  We have been referring DLC Builders to everyone we know cause we know they will be in great care.  Reach out and visit a DLC home build and you will quickly discover they are top 1% builders in the Orange County CA area.
