> You know, we started an account on Houzz over 10 years ago. This is the "Go-to" for ideas and planning your dream home. Every update we made, every change we used, came from here and Tommie and Wayne made it all happen. We have had our home for about 6 years now and we could not be happier. When we had any issue, Tommie and Wayne were all about making it right and making us happy. They wanted this home to be just that, a "home", not just a "house". They made sure we enjoyed the process and if we had a question, they were only a call or text away and ALWAYS on top of things and demanded their people be the same way. This is our 3rd home being built, and our last, forever home. We could not be happier than we are with this home and with Tommie and Wayne. If you need a home built, contact Arnold Custom Builders and I guarantee you will be happy with the outcome.

> We took a 2500 sq ft house down to the studs.  The majority of what we hired Arnold to do had to be redone/corrected/removed.  Arnold had to redo the kitchen plumbing because their crews placed the kitchen sink plumbing in the incorrect location, their crews had to redo the vent lines because they made new holes in the front of our house in the roof instead of using the existing vent holes in the roof.  Afterwards, Arnold tried to tell me that they used the existing vent lines before we walked to the back of the house and I asked him what those vent lines were that we were both looking at.   Arnold had to uninstall hardie on entire home because it was installed incorrectly and was placed over rotten and termite infested lumber, the roofer had 3 separate leaks in the roof during the process before he was finally able to get the leaks fixed.  The roof had zero leaks prior to Arnold beginning to work on our home.  Arnold removed some faucets to add a back patio, but then refuses to replace the faucets that he removed.  He caused excessive concrete dust in areas he chose to not seal off while working, now refuses to clean the areas covered thick in concrete dust on items such as televisions and clothing and the entire attic area. Refused to provide estimated completion date and schedule for 8 months after advising that the entire project should take 4 months. Once provided, the date came and went with no completion in sight.   The workers forget to nail new studs to the bottom of the baseplate, they tried to install a smoke detector on the bathroom ceiling, tried to have an illegal breaker box remain in use and inspector had to have it replaced, Arnold refuses to fix remaining holes left in roof which allow water into eave/rafters. I would never use Arnold Custom Builders to do any work for me.
