The project primarily entailed bringing the insulation in my attic up to R49 and insulating the hatch; insulating the ceilings in my laundry room and garage; and installing weather strips to all exterior doors. Ron and team showed up promptly as scheduled and he explained in detail the work that would be undertaken. Besides being courteous and professional, it was quite evident that each member of the team took personal pride in their work. After the first hole was made in the garage ceiling, Ron demonstrated honesty and brought it to my attention that the ceiling already contained insulation and therefore adjusted the quote accordingly. Further, although it was not included in my request and obviously not in the quote, he pointed out some areas in the laundry room and furnace room where foam sealing would provide a significant benefit. Those areas were sealed at no additional cost. I was also provided pictures of the work completed. It is clear that customer satisfaction is a priority for Premiere Insulation.
