> We had our master bathroom redone with a new shower.
> Grout erosion after only six months.  Even in places where water and soap do not touch in any way. Some areas didn't even have grout. Reached out to the company and was pretty much told that was normal. So much for standing behind their work. I ended up with some water damage behind the bench in my shower before I could get a hold of it. Will have to get the entire shower redone. But at least I was able to pay this company over 5k and now I will have the joy of hiring someone else to come and build me a shower that will at least stand behind their work and at minimum try and and help me with a solution. I am not expecting free work or even a total redo from this company. But I was told they could quote me if I wanted to do the whole job over again. No thanks.
