> Rich started off strong but then everything fell apart. The project took way longer than originally anticipated. Terrible communication on when he or the crew was coming by. I had to constantly point out things being missed or messed up that needed correcting. Never completed the project and left many loose ends for me to handle. Reasonable pricing but not pleased with the process or results.
