> A year later and the siding is still falling off. The job was done a year ago and still not done right. Would never recommend them to anyone and will never say a nice word about their work. Unbelievable is the only word

**★ — TPC, Dec. 2024**

> \*The remodel was delayed 2 months from when it was first scheduled, and there was a major lack of communication to explain why as our emails and calls to find out went unanswered.
> \*Shower base was not an ADA approved (low profile lip) as requested. Kept it to keep the project moving forward.
> \*The chipped tile and enlarged end joints seen in the shower along the edge trim is unacceptable.
> \*The caulk job was way short of professional as is evidenced in the photos. I notified the crew as soon as I saw what had been done and requested the job needed to be redone. It wasn't.
> \*The toilet water line base floor cover is missing.
> \*Toilet not caulked around base.
> \*Dry wall work improperly completed. Sloppy work all around on every single area repaired.
> \*Weren't enough shower tiles. and flooring ordered causing delays
> \*Visible area missing flooring was left and then partially covered up by the vanity
> \*The baseboard molding was installed without counter sinking and filling the nail holes and lacked a finish coat of paint. Plus the shoe molding wasn't even installed except for by the shower pan.
> \*Drywall repairs were inadequately leveled and then primed anyway. And before the primer had the necessary set time, the final 2 coats of paint were applied resulting in bubbling and peeling of the paint.
> \*Entire ceiling was supposed to be repainted.
> \*The medicine cabinet installation was made without insulation on an outside wall
> \*The medicine cabinet mirror was chipped and had to be replaced.
> \*The vanity backsplash was not cut to size and was actually installed overhanging the vanity. Who does that?
> \*Toilet seat mounting screw cover is cracked. Was promised a replacement. It wasn't received.
> \*Floor joist being completely cut through with a 2-foot section removed.
> \*The shower door bottom trim piece is not properly sealed as water leaks out onto the floor.
> \*The holes drilled through the floor and sill plate for water and electrical lines were not sealed and
> fireproofed as required by code.
> Literally every aspect of your work is suspect and done unprofessionally. I need to get a certified inspector/engineer to see what joists were cut for routing the new fan/light and how the ducting was routed. Additionally, the floor joists damaged to accommodate the plumbing will also need inspection/rectification.
> Numerous photos are available to attest to these statements.
