We live in Alabama so she had to work hard to exchange information/choices/etc back and forth., but she is so detailed that we felt very involved even though we live so far away.  We know it was extra work for her to design a new look for our property with us not living in Steamboat but she did an exemplary job.  We are so thankful that we found her!  We now consider her a good friend as well as our designer.  If you need this type service, we highly recommend Charlotte...you will not be disappointed.  She is probably the most hard working young woman we have ever met.  She will make sure you are completely satisfied.  We recommend her for all areas of interior design.
