> Valerie seemed like a great person but I was not happy to pay an invoice that was very different than quoted in writing. Continued follow up after the consult was voluntarily given and apparently billed out without my approval or even asking me about my budget. Not satisfied on the service itself and lack of communication. If I wanted to move forward with her advise or loved her design direction, I would have hired her to continue. I was under the impression that I was getting a consultation.

> As stated, designers charge an hourly rate for the time spent on a project. Had we just discussed paint at our meeting it would have been an hour. However, you asked me my thoughts on lighting, mirrors, artwork, furniture, and plumbing that was not indicated when you simply asked for a paint consult and I quoted you 1 hour of time. I happily sent you $110 back via Venmo for the extra 45 min I spent on your project and at your home. Hopefully that satisfies you enough to stop leaving these unnecessary reviews.
