I would not consider using any other builder. Chris worked with me from blueprints to final product. Everything was on time and on budget. He handled all interfaces with architect and sub-contractors, keeping me apprised of schedule or product changes so there was no guessing what would happen on site on any given day. We reviewed costs several times a month. There were no surprises. The quality was superior. I receive many compliments on the renovations. Bringing the diverse aspects of the projects together in a professional manner is Chris's forte. In general it is a 3500 sq.ft. 1st floor master suite (photo left). Two story central foyer and center great room facing back. Front study and dining flanking front door/foyer.
