> The PDB team designed and completed a renovation on my house that included a complete new kitchen, bathroom upgrade, window replacement and opening up space under the roof to create additional living space by removing a wall and installing skylights. The project took three months, coming in on time and on budget. PDB provided great design ideas, excellent communication, commitment to quality and detail and attentive follow up to resolve finishing snags. I am delighted with the results!

> I knew, when I first started thinking about a major kitchen remodel, that my 1860's brick farmhouse would present an interesting set of challenges.  Peregrine Design Build was my first choice for this project, and after our first concept/design meeting, I was 100% happy with my decision. From the very first design sketches I started to get excited. The design incorporated a huge opening through an existing 2 foot brick wall in to my dining room, as well as adding a new window through the exterior brick wall to let the western light flood in. These 2 ideas tripled the kitchens sense of space! I have no skills when it comes to picking fit and finish, and thankfully I didn't need them.  From the Caribbean pine floors, to the soapstone counters, to the paint color choices, I was blown away. The construction crew was absolutely first class and a pleasure to interface with...and the workspace was left neat and tidy every night, which made it easy for me to go in and watch the progress! I can't recommend the Peregrine team strongly enough. I don't care what kind of day I've had...walking in to my kitchen, once home, never ceases to put a smile on my face!

> We worked with Peregrine for a very large interior remodel project that involved full guts of our kitchen, bathrooms, a brand new master closet, new laundry room, and office, and mudroom. From day one, they were the best communicators, stuck to their timeline, brought forward any issues or surprises in a timely, professional manner, giving us options for the ways forward. We used them again for a full gut of our landscaping, including a new pool and pergola, as well as a new basement wine cellar, and they blew us away again. We worked with multiple construction teams throughout our multiple projects and they were all consumate professionals and truly kind people. Could not recommend Peregrine more highly.

> (2022 Kitchen/Porch) Our Second project with Peregrine was a complete kitchen redesign and renovation including moving doorways, new floors throughout most of our downstairs, and the addition of a beautiful new glassed-in porch adjacent to a patio/pergola to replace an aging deck. The design that they proposed included changing the uses of an underutilized living room into a spacious dining room, a too-small dining room into a large office and workout space, and a rearrangement of the kitchen into a perfect space to cook and entertain. As was our experience in 2020, their professionalism, design sense, quality, and communication made the project the amazing finished product it is. You can see pictures of the kitchen and porch on the Peregrine Design Build account under the project titled Family Friendly Kitchen. We are beyond thrilled with the spaces they created and look forward to our next project and continuing to update this review until the rest of our house looks as nice as the spaces they've already touched.

This project was a complete redesign of our outdated kitchen, powder room and laundry room, adding a mud room with a new entrance and a huge window to provide a view of our wooded landscape. It involved removing an interior wall, boarding up the old window and entrance, gutting our kitchen and bathroom. We have new wood and slate floors, maple cabinets galore, and soapstone countertops. The designer and lead carpenter helped us make decisions and we appreciated their guidance. The entire team is conscientious, precise and respectful. Our new space is gorgeous!
