From the first meeting, Scott was very transparent and detailed all of the expected costs and timelines etc., and we developed a great relationship and ultimately trusted them with every decision. Most importantly, the entire build was completed on time and on budget, and all costs and many pictures were uploaded to the app “Buildertrend” so that we could follow the costs and progress in real time. The quality of craftsmanship is at the highest level for the exterior and throughout the entire home. > > We had experience with renovations previously but designing and executing on the build of a future home was a first for us. Based on our discussions about style of home, Scott referred us to an architect, who designed the perfect Shingle Style home with cedar shakes and curved walls. Bouma was able to seamlessly implement changes and make suggestions when we wanted to make minor adjustments to the original plans. Erin also helped us narrow down the selections for tiles, paint colours, and the vision we had, getting to know our style and understanding what we would like. > > The support we received with every detail of the project, the choosing of materials, windows, fixtures etc. was made so much easier with the entire team.
