> I can’t say enough about Hilary! She recently helped me do a total make over of a corporate condo that hadn’t been updated in more than 30 years. Hilary made it current and fun, but not too trendy, so that it will stay in style for many years to come. Hilary took the location of the condo into account, incorporating the colors and views of Lake Michigan as well as the skyline. She also incorporated small pieces of the visitors’ home country making them feel at home while in Chicago for business. Given time constraints, Hilary found in-stock furniture without sacrificing quality. She was thoughtful of furniture placement as well as selection.  For example, a swivel chair will allow visitors to watch tv, but also turn to enjoy the view of the Lake. In addition to having a great eye for detail, Hilary easily dealt with the many challenges the project presented, including strict HOA rules and the sporadic, but ongoing, visitors’ use of the condo. With Hilary’s careful planning, deliveries and work took place seamlessly between the visits. Hilary is wonderful to work with.  She is cheerful, positive and always shows up prepared and ready to get to work.  I highly recommend her for any project – big or small.

We were completely overwhelmed by the house for several reasons, but in particular: I don't have an eye for design, we don't have a lot of time, and our budget is limited. Hilary came in (masked and very respectful of our space in this crazy COVID era) and walked through the entire house with us. She spent two hours with us, learning about our vision for our home, learning about us as a family. She helped me see that there are short-term and long-term projects for the house. In the short-term, I need to make the space functional for my busy family (two little boys running around). P.S. Hilary is awesome with kids. She had some excellent ideas for repurposing furniture that we already have, plus some great, inexpensive solutions to make our lives a little easier in the short-term (e.g., buy a kitchen island, get a big rug for the kids to play on). She also gave us a vision for the future, by helping us think of ways to tie the whole home together. She even pointed out the fact that we need to remodel our shower ASAP. Not what I wanted to hear, but I am so glad she told us!! I wish I had enough money to hire Hilary on for more projects. She is really fabulous at what she does. She is completely respectful of your budget, which is key for me, and cares a lot about your vision for your home. I would definitely recommend Hilary!
