He helped us in every step of the project, preparing a budget, selecting an architect, quoting with vendors, dealing with utility companies, managing all the construction process, solving unexpected problems and even handling the hassles with the neighbors.  He provided us expense reports in a regular basis to help us keep track of the cost.  Frank also has a very good sense of the color selection.  The color scheme he helped us to choose went out perfect and saved us thousands to hire a designer.
