> I have been living in the latest project of Woodcastle, The Vines of Niagara ( Niagara on the Lake), for almost 3 years.  We bought the house directly from the Woodcastle and paid amongst other costs $1500 grading deposit. In October it will be 3 years from our possession date, and still we have problems retrieving our money.  It’s impossible to get any information about why it has taken so long and when possibly it will be resolved so we get our money back.  There is no course of action that was communicated to us, no proper customer care.  We feel that Woodcastle Homes abandoned us and doesn’t care about setting things right.
