**Q: measurement between hood and stove** *(in Photo Questions)*

Is the hood vent mounted 40” above the stove or standard 36” here?

A: We completed this project over a decade ago, so I am not sure of the exact dimension, but this kitchen is very unique. It was designed as a personal residential kitchen for a professional chef. The hood was likely commercial grade with increased CFM. It was installed as per the manufacturer's instructions at the time, so it may be installed higher than the standard.

A: Cabinetry is fabricated by Crown Point Cabinetry Crown-Point.com

What is the name of this porch rail?

A: These rails were custom designed by Fivecat Studio and fabricated by the general contractor.

**Q: What have you done with your bathroom window?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Hi we have a window in our shower and are trying to work out how to protect it. What have you done with your window please?

A: We wil often design glass panels for windows in the showers of our projects. We specify the same glass and hardware that we use in the shower door and enclosure. Any reputable shower door fabricator should be able to help you. If located in NYC region, we recommend ATM Mirror in Buchanan, NY, who installed the unit in this photo.

A: These windows are all Andersen Windows

**Q: Did you replace any hinges or latches?** *(in Photo Questions)*

I have the same cabinets and I can tell some of the latches and rollers are wearing out....any tips on replacing them?

A: I believe the hinges and latches are original.
