> Just wow on how bad they are. Order 4 chairs. They we're delivered an hour late from a 3 hour window - by a driver who was rude and just left before I could even look at the producr. The items did not look like the photos. I only opened one of the boxes and left the rest closed. When I asked for a return and they insisted that I open all the boxes and take photos of the items. Then the boxes sat idle for 2 weeks while I waited for the shipping company to come back. More pick-up delays, issues and rescheduling. Now Rave has lost the items and are asking me which shipping company picked up the items. Over two months now and I still don't have a refund. Horrible.
>
> In addition, they offer the membership program for $200. It's worthless. There is no concierge help. Just a rip off. I would higly recommend skipping this comany.

> Don’t buy from this company as they don’t stand behind defective products! Buyer beware!!!
>
> Unacceptable Customer Service
>
> I purchased a Tulip Table Round – Carrara from Rove Concepts for $2,105 expecting premium quality. What I received was a defective table — the tabletop is not level and visibly slopes. Small objects like a chapstick roll off the surface. This is a clear functional manufacturing defect, not a cosmetic issue.
>
> When I contacted customer service and provided evidence, Rove Concepts refused to replace the table or offer a full refund. Instead, they offered a 25% store credit or a 20% refund if I kept the defective product. Asking a customer to keep a faulty $2,000+ item in exchange for partial credit is unacceptable.
>
> A table should be level. That is a basic expectation — especially at this price point.
>
> Very disappointed in both product quality and how the company handles legitimate defects. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card due to their refusal to properly resolve the issue.
>
> I will never purchase from Rove Concepts again.

> We are sharing our extremely disappointing experience with Rove Concepts in the hopes of helping other customers make an informed decision. The Dresden Outdoor Modular Sofa was purchased in fall 2023 for nearly $10,000, delivered to our Florida property, and used less than two months per year.
>
> The product quality is completely unacceptable. After minimal usage, the sofa is already in shocking condition. The fabric is torn and cracked from sun exposure, the entire metal base is showing significant rust, resulting in an overall deterioration of the product and rendering the sofa unusable.
>
> This is for a product that was explicitly marketed and sold as suitable for outdoor use and full sun exposure.
>
> Before purchasing, we specifically asked whether a protective cover was required. We were clearly told by Rove Concepts that no cover was necessary, as the furniture was designed for outdoor use and sun exposure.
>
> However, the fabric is not Sunbrella and there is no clear UV-resistant material disclosure. The labels under the cushions indicate standard manufacturing materials that do not meet outdoor durability expectations at this price point.
>
> No reasonable consumer would pay $10,000 knowing that the sofa would be completely deteriorated in under two seasons of very limited use.
>
> Customer Service was dismissive. Despite submitting photographic evidence (sun-damaged fabric, rusted structure, product labels), Rove Concepts responded by denying any product defect, attributing the damage to “normal use”, refusing warranty coverage and offering no repair, replacement, or goodwill solution, not even a fabric replacement.
>
> Refusing to replace sun-damaged fabric on a $10,000 “outdoor” sofa after minimal use reflects a deeply flawed warranty policy and a complete lack of accountability.
>
> Unlike other premium brands, Rove Concepts offers no customer-focused resolution when issues arise.
>
> In short, this outdoor furniture offers quality well below its premium price, and is backed by dismissive customer service and zero accountability for misleading product claims.
> We will never purchase from Rove Concepts again.
> We strongly advise against purchasing their outdoor furniture.
> We are sharing this review, with photos, to help other consumers avoid the same costly mistake.
>
> A $10,000 outdoor sofa that fails in such a short period of time, with minimal seasonal use is simply inexcusable.

> Osten Table
>
> Very poor quality, chips and scratches very easily, its a dining room table which doesn't get used much and looks terrible, its not even a year old paid $2400 and Rove wont do anything about it, wont even give advise on how to get rid of the scratches because you cant!!!!!
>
> Terrible customer service and terrible quality for a high end store!!!!!

**★ — HU-904762559, Sept. 2025**

> Defective product and questionable claim process.
> We spend over $1600 to buy a coffee table which does not assemble well - we had to leave out screws due to misalignment. Then the top decorative metal plates did not align with the wooden surfaces and clearly was defective. We filed two claims and both was cancelled with no one attempting to contact us. When we called, we are asked to file the claim the third time without any resolution on the phone even we hold for a long while for their internal claim group. This is entirely unprofessional. We hope now to be able to return the defective product and get our money back.

> Very poor-quality fabrics
>
> Beautiful design, but very disappointing product quality and customer service
>
> I purchased Mika outdoor sectional sofas in 2022 (Order \#1599844). By 2024, despite meticulous care (stored indoors every winter), the seating already shows 5 tears.
>
> The fabric is of questionable quality—worse than that of some low-end outdoor furniture. A tiny hole quickly grows and becomes impossible to control…
>
> I reported the issue to customer service, but no solution was offered. It’s even impossible to purchase matching fabric to reupholster the seats.
>
> I recommend avoiding this product, or at the very least—if you're willing to take the risk—covering it with protective covers after each use, as the fabric is extremely fragile.

> My experience with Rove Concepts has been disappointing. I purchased the Ophelia Bed last February, and while it’s beautiful, the quality is lacking. Within months, the legs began collapsing, causing the mattress to dip. Temporary fixes didn’t last, and even light pressure would make the legs give out again.
>
> I first contacted Rove in September, expecting a full replacement since the bed was only seven months old. Instead, they offered replacement legs or a reimbursement for repairs. After struggling to get a proper resolution, my husband attempted to fix it, but the legs were too damaged. Only after escalating the issue and providing a detailed video did Rove agree to replace the frame—while still charging me $200 for shipping.
>
> It then took three weeks of back-and-forth just to process payment, as they repeatedly called at inconvenient times without offering a callback option. When the replacement finally arrived, they sent it in pieces, leaving my husband to assemble it himself.
>
> This is not the level of service I expect from a luxury furniture company. Other high-end brands provide a true white-glove experience, but Rove Concepts has been a frustrating headache. While their furniture is beautiful, their service falls short—I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere if you expect quality support.

> Posting these comments that I’ve shared elsewhere:
>
> I’ve encountered significant quality control issues with items from this store. Out of the seven items we purchased, two stopped functioning properly. We received a replacement for one, but it was flimsy and of poor quality. Another replacement is on the way. One of the stools we bought had a foot break off after just one year, and while they provided additional feet, it shouldn't have broken off so quickly. Additionally, our 400-pound marble dining table, which we’ve had for only a year, has cracked completely through. This not only renders it unusable but also raises safety concerns. A marble specialist who reviewed photos of our table suggested it might not even be marble, but rather painted concrete.
>
> Given these numerous issues, it’s clear there are serious quality problems with these products. It’s a real shame because they look nice. Please reconsider purchasing from this store.
>
> Lastly, I posted these comments elsewhere. Someone from Rove responded with an air of concern and told me to reach out to the company and expressly name them for support. This is an act. I never spoke to this person, and despite explaining myself all over again, was informed that marble cracking isn't covered under warranty. So why bother putting me through the process in the first place? Purely to make it seem that customer service was on it - this is simply to save public face.

> I ordered 10 chairs. Iopened 4 of them and they were all defective. I called Rove and they asked me to unpack and check all 10 of them and then repack the defective one and send them back. I refused to open and repack the other 6, since it is not my job to provide their quality control. After several email and several phone call I had to involve Visa to stop the payment. At this point they started to be more collaborative, but still very difficult to deal with. In the end I was able to return theentire order but I still had to pay for the return trasportation of defective chairs. I felt scammed, I would not buy from them!

**★ — F. C, Sept. 2024**

> I purchased a concrete coffee table three years ago, and from the beginning, the service was subpar. The delivery resulted in damage to the table, with noticeable chips caused by their team. Despite this, I hoped the concrete material would prove durable. Unfortunately, just three years later, the table has completely collapsed on itself out of nowhere and is unusable. The table only ever had a couple of books on top of it and it was never moved around ever since it’s delivery.
>
> Given that concrete is known for its durability, I expected a much longer lifespan. When I reached out to customer support, the answer I received is that they do not cover concrete pieces under their warranty, which is frankly quite shocking. To purposefully exclude a strong material from their own warranty must mean they know they are making something that will break and it would cost them had they included it in warranty. The poor quality and construction of the table, coupled with unhelpful customer service, have left me questioning to which quality standard this brand holds their own products. I would strongly advise against purchasing from Rove Concepts based on my experience and most definitively never buy anything they make out of concrete.

> Working from home got better with the Eryk standing desk. It's spacious, functional, and adds a modern touch to my workspace. It’s super easy to change the height.

> I've been using the Angelo office chair for a few weeks now, and it's a game-changer. Great for my posture and looks sleek too.

## Community Q&A

**Q: Hi In the last photo, there’s a set with the outdoor concrete round** *(in Photo Questions)*

Hi In the last photo, there’s a set with round outdoor concrete table is that in Gray concrete? Is it more or a white? Cause I’m photos I couldn’t tell if it was gray or the alabaster to match with those outdoor chairs in same photo. Also can I Order this set on Houzz? Reading reviews about ordering straight from Rove with bad reviews on communication and delivery dates.

A: Hi Annabelle, our team has recently checked our system and we have seen that you have made an order with us! Please feel free to reach out to us in the DM again if you should have any additional questions.

**Q: Dining chairs** *(in Photo Questions)*

Can you please advise where these dining chairs are from and what they are made from? Thank you

A: Hi there! These are our Adele Side Chairs in Monaco Cream PU Leather and solid Ash wood legs with a Walnut finish. You can find them on our website!

**Q: Dining Room Chairs** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Hi, I need two more chairs for my table, but can't find any that match exactly so was thinking about adding two different captains chairs on the end and would like your help.

Do you think I should get 6 new chairs that match?
Two captains chairs? If so, what should they look like, suggestions for color, print and style much appreciated.

We just moved in about 6 months ago and still trying to make my furniture work in this space. Open to all comments, so don't hold back.

A: Don't think you need to get a whole new set of chairs - two complementing host chairs with arms would looks really great with your set up! Good luck!

**Q: Furniture dilemma** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Recently had our basement living room area redone (floors and paint) and we just can't figure out a good furniture solution/ layout for this space. We've also been considering a sectional sofa? We want this to be a comfortable space but really have no idea how to start doing that.

A: Yes, great job with the floor and walls! This space has a lot of potential. @DianaLand and @CancorkFloorInc. have good points about the limitations of including a sectional in this space. We love the idea of using apartment-sized inspiration, per @CancorkFloorInc.'s suggestion - this would give you more leeway with working with this smaller space, and there are some really great ideas online, like on Pinterest, for how to decorate this interior. Here's one!
A cozy sofa, characteristic rug, floor lamps for intimate lighting, and a coveted lounge chair would make your new basement living room just right!

**Q: Bedroom nook** *(in Design Dilemma)*

This nook is 95" by 62". Would it look ok to just do one chair and a side table or would I need two? You can see the color of the comforter in foreground. Pics of some of the fabrics I am looking at also. Any thoughts?

A: This is a perfect space for a little reading nook - absolutely perfect for a lounge chair and ottoman where you can spend hours reading by the natural light providing by the window there.
For a bit of modern, this classic mid-century lounge chair would look a little bit edgy and really amazing
or this one, in cashmere wool ;)

**Q: Need help with my teen son's room!!!!!!** *(in Design Dilemma)*

The room is only 10 by 12. On one side there is a 6 feet sliding door. How do I decorate it!!

A: He'll definitely need a desk to work on, for school and the increasing hours of time he will probably grow in to spending in his room - a solid desk chair and lots of shelving will be much appreciated by him! If space permits, a nice lounge chair for reading would probably be well received!

Here's some great inspiration for teen boy bedrooms:
