We have documentation about the complications from the existing deck location and other existing house components for the forms. This issue was resolved by the structural engineer with a cantilever fix in which your husband was aware of and agreed to. Remodeling is not always an exact science, things come up and we work on a solution. Since the finish work (flooring) was done by you (homeowners), we can’t comment on what the leveling issue is.
