> Dust Furniture built Stacked Cabinet No. 7 for me and the quality and beauty of this piece is exquisite.  It is about 6 ft. tall and is solid wood in construction.  The finish is rich and the cabinet is finished on all sides so that it can be displayed anywhere in the room.  It is truly an heirloom piece.  The assembly of the piece was remarkably easy and created an incredibly solid, sturdy piece.  This cabinet will be cherished for years to come!

**Q: Does this bookcase have a satin, semi-gloss, or gloss finish?** *(in Product Questions)*

I've revised/clarified yesterday's question ... in an effort to be more precise.

A: Oh, sorry.  I was a little slow on the uptake there.  We use a 'satin' finish that runs somewhere around the eggshell of a standard house paint.  Does that help?

**Q: PERFECT except for color** *(in Product Questions)*

I have been looking for furniture for weeks in a herculean effort to bring our new house together.  This eccentric and delicious piece of furniture finally fits the bill for one exceedingly difficult spot ... except for the color!  It would be perfect in a different color!  I would happily pay more for a color change.  I need a quieter color.

You show two cabinets No 6 and No 7, the charcoal seems much darker than the black, why is that? Which is the lighter one?
