I sent the exact specifications to match my existing cabinets. When the items finally arrived, which I understand covid affected things, 2 months later, they were inaccurate. The rep tried to blame me, and I reshared my email which indicated his error. The rep finally realized this and then sent the correct item but without the glaze, because they didn’t do that anymore, when it was done on the incorrect items. He said I could try to do it myself if I wanted. Took months, which I know is resulted from covid, but not happy with how things turned out.
