We decided to go with them even though they weren't the cheapest because they clearly knew carpentry and had the skills needed to fix the horrible job done by the builder. The first one was in 2016 when we had them patch the drywall in various places and paint all the walls and ceilings in our house. That was a major job since no work had been done on the walls and ceilings for many years. The second project was in 2017 and required replacing our whole front door including the door frame. That also included, for security reasons, replacing the original frame with one without windows next to the door. They had to do do major drywall work to do that and paint everything. The last project (2018) was to replace the drywall that a plumber had removed from the kitchen and bathroom ceilings to repair major plumbing problems. That also included building an insulating box around exposed pipes in the attic. The whole bathroom and parts of the kitchen ceiling then had to be repainted. Adam was prompt and very friendly and courteous when coming out to do the estimate, drop off the color book, or answer any questions we had. Saul and his crew worked efficiently and they cleaned up the area very well. Their estimate was not the cheapest, but we felt they were reasonable and reliable. For the least expensive quote we got, the contractor proposed using deck paint on our cedar siding...which we felt was very suspect. > > Probably the only issue that happened was the white paint on our deck railings chipped a bit when they power washed everything before painting. That wasn't expected, but not their fault. The paint was just older than we expected.
