We had been contemplating a kitchen renovation for a couple of years. From our initial consultation, we knew that Joe was the right contractor for our job. Joe laid out a realistic timeline for completion of work and delivered! Joe, Beau and Cameron worked closely with us on all aspects of design and function – utilizing our ideas as well as suggesting elements that we had not considered. The result is the kitchen we have always dreamed of. Thank you! **★★★★★ — Lori Newport, March 2021** > Joe is a professional builder with a calm, patient personality. He guided us through the building of our boathouse making good recommendations for us. He was on time and within budget. Because we were not on the job site as much as we would like, he would send us pictures and videos of the progress. We did not ask for them; this is the care he took of us. We are very happy with the finished product and enjoy bringing friends and family to the lake. We highly recommend Joe Krofchek for your building project! **Comment from Krofchek Quality Construction LLC:** > Hi Lori. > > Thank you and Mark for giving us the opportunity to work for you! I appreciate you guys and so happy you guys are enjoying your new space t the lake! Thanks again for the opportunity! It was a pleasure serving you guys. > > Thanks as always. Joe. **★★★★★ — Brad, Jan. 2021** > We needed a storage and wine solution for our dining area. We have a long dining room with a hutch space. The design we decided on was a long row of cabinets with a wine and cocktail built in where the hutch would be. Because we have a white kitchen with white countertops Joe built us a custom would countertop stained to work with flooring and other tones in the house. Workmanship is excellent, work area kept clean, in time and within budget. **★★★★★ — Ralph Gualtieri, Jan. 2021** > After talking to several contractors we engaged with Krofchek to undertake a 4000 square foot whole house renovation. nothing was untouched. I had a friend who had a great experience with Krofchek; his job turned out great. We chose to work with Joe liking his demeaner; easy to talk to, no arrogance and when presented with a situation he know the options and obstacles without hesitation. My wife and I lived in our guest bedroom during the 9 month project. Joe and his team were very respectful to our presence and needs during the renovation project. All the sub-contractors Joe brought on site were equally top notch and respectful while doing great work. We left some of the finishing touch decisions like baseboards , window trims, custom door designs and beam trimming /finishing to Krofchek and the results are classy, fit the decor of the house and unique. The project took a bit longer than we may have liked, but truthfully we were indecisive about cabinets, HVAC options and door options which delayed ordering and extended the project timeline. After seeing our finished home and from our referral, I have 2 friends talking to Joe about their eventual projects **Comment from Krofchek Quality Construction LLC:** > Thank you Ralph! I appreciate you and Deb for having our team renovate your home. It was a pleasure working for you and I look forward to serving you in the future. Thanks as always. Joe. **★★★★★ — DC Wright, Jan. 2021** > Simple...choose KQC...these guys “get it.” > > They built a challenging project for us...and I am an experienced and tough owner...they nailed it! > > Joe and his team went beyond our spec by bringing creative design concepts that created an Architectural Digest and Dwell worthy modern outcome...stay tuned for the articles... > > Call me directly if you would like to discuss who should build your project (Sensitive Information Hidden) > > DC Wright **Comment from Krofchek Quality Construction LLC:** > DC > > Its been a pleasure working with you and Liz! Thank you so much for trusting us with your project. This was defiatley a fun and challenging build and I am so happy with the final result. Thanks again Joe **★★★★★ — HU-284469304, Jan. 2019** > We remodeled our master bath and turned to Krofcheck Construction. He provided valuable expertise and ideas to update our bath from a tub/standing shower into a walk-in. Joe and his team were reliable and did beautiful work. He provides excellent customer service and when we had a concern, he addressed it immediately. **★★★★★ — Mari Eaton, Dec. 2018** > I remodeled a house in Arizona using Krofchek Quality Construction while living in Alaska! Most decisions were made over text and email. Joe was efficient and timely and best yet, he brought details to my attention I would have missed not being on site. I will definately use this contractor again. **★★★★★ — Bryan Pratt, Dec. 2018** > My wife and I were very please with Krofcheck Quality Construction. They they were professional and did quality work, on time. They were also flexible with our requests and changes as the project progressed. We were updated as to the status of the work and ideas were offered to help us find exactly what were were looking for. Great job! **★★★★★ — Dale Christiansen, Dec. 2018** > Joe constructed our boat dock at Spring Mt Ski Ranch. He was on time and on budget. The craftmenship was excellent. I would recommend his company. We are using him for other projects we have.... which says it all. **★★★★★ — Pamela Grosjean, Dec. 2018** > Had a 20x30 garage built. Everything turned out more than we expected with quality work. It far exceeded our expectations. Joe does his company proud. Our HOA needed it to match our home. Joe was there every step of the way. We didn't have to do anything, Joe did it for us in Litchfield, Arizona. Our neighbors and everyone in our area are amazed that it turned out so good. We gave Joe our budget and he kept to it. Rare and not one hiccup. Absolutely looks like an extension to our home. Thanks from Dan and Pam to > Krofchek Quality Construction LLC. **★★★★★ — Sabrina Porter, Dec. 2018** > Krofchek Quality Construction did a nice job refurbishing/rebuilding our dock. His work is professional and he shows up when he says he will. :) Overall very happy. **Comment from Krofchek Quality Construction LLC:** > Thanks Sabrina! > > I appreciate you and Reed for giving us the opportunity to serve you. **★★★★★ — Cynthia Michaud, Jan. 2018** > We recently completed two remodelling projects with Krofcheck Quality Construction and highly recommend Joe Krofchek. The first project was a remodel on our kitchen and new flooring and paint throughout the whole house. The second project was a complete redo on our master bath that included building a large walk in shower. He was completely focused on creating exactly what we wanted, adhering to our budget and sticking to an expedient timeline. Joe completed a portion of the work himself and the rest was done by his team of highly qualified sub contractors. We never had any reservations about anyone who was working in our home and everyone was courteous and professional. We recommend Krofcheck Quality Construction without reservation and are grateful to Joe for the fantastic work he did on our home. ## Selected projects - [Verrado, AZ Industrial Bedroom](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/verrado-az-industrial-bedroom-pj-vj~1543579) - Location: Buckeye, AZ - Photos: 8 - Description: This project is for one of our favorite and long time clients the Peterson's.
