Estimated cost around $105,000. After a few weeks of planning, the actual construction took around 12 weeks - from excavation starting March 2020 to final details done first few days of June. Everyone involved was terrific and really listened to our wants and needs. They kept us up to date on activities and presented opportunities to improve our plans. What we really appreciated was that they were organized and clean. They did a great job mitigating dirt and dust in the existing house which was awesome since we stayed there the entire time. Overall, we were impressed by their attitudes and hard work ethics.
