My husband and I ordered a mirror December 2019 with the understanding that it would take roughly 8 weeks to complete. When everywhere shut down due to Covid-19 we patiently waited and understood the delay would increase. We have made multiple attempts to get Shea, the manager, on the phone to find out now, almost a year later, the status of our product. Till this day Shea has not returned my phone calls. She also has not responded to all of my emails. The last email she responded to (I have sent two since) she offered another estimated completion and shipping timeframe of three more months and that she "upgraded us to the white glove service". Which is having strangers, during Covid-19 "install the mirror". I responded letting her know that at this time that sounds a bit dangerous considering we live in the NY metro area considered one of the meccas for Covid. I also requested a full or partial refund since she is now finally responding stating we may receive our product a year later. We were extremely patient and understanding with them this entire time now realizing the refuse to be the same for us. I feel robbed and want my product I ordered prior to her estimated three months or a full refund before taking legal action. I have not heard from them concerning even a shipping date from whichever country their furniture is made. > Once ordered, you are held to their contract which states NO REFUNDS. No matter how long the piece takes, you are held hostage. After six months of waiting, you are welcome to cancel the order by paying a 20% restocking fee. How can they restock what they never stocked? This is not a good company.
