Update on my review. The company made right with us and have updated to 4 stars instead of 2. > With this said, would recommend them in the future! > > We recently purchased our Quartz countertops from here. The process was good up until install. We have a small U shaped kitchen. When the individual came to measure there was a specific area for it to be seamed in order to get it in our kitchen. When they came to install the counter top it was cut wrong. After waiting weeks to get the countertop it was extremely disappointing to be told there was no way for it to be installed. This now left me with no countertop and no sink or water in my kitchen for another week. We offered to take down some upper cabinets to try to get the incorrectly cut countertop in which would save the company money from having to order new material, but when the installers arrived this was not sufficient and we had to take down all upper cabinets in that area. The installers were extremely helpful in this process. The issue is that the company was not in any way helpful in resolving the issue or compensating us for their mistake. We went above and beyond to keep them from the extra cost of ordering new slabs, but when we called to see what they were willing to do to compensate us for this, we were treated very poorly and phone calls were just ignored. I would use the installers we had again in a heartbeat, but would be very hesitant to ever deal with Stone Countertop Outlet again. **★ — Lori Jorgensen, July 2021** > We purchased granite from this company & cannot get someone to re-seal it. We discovered it after the installers left. The company had the burn repaired. A rep came to look at the crack/fissure. There was no response from Granite Tops. I wrote a negative review. Almost immediately, Granite Tops contacted us and presented three reasonable and fair options to rectify the situation. We chose one of the options and are now pleased with the outcome. We were impressed with their follow-up and attention. Sorry about that. It was 132.75 x 55.5. The island is actually seamed down the middle. We used book-matched slabs to get the look we have here. I don't have all of the radius information any longer. The countertops are Caesarstone (a quartz material) and the color is called Concrete.
