We had worked with them before on smaller projects so knew we could depend on them and were familiar with their work. Since it was a custom home on a lakeshore lot, we hired them at an hourly rate and revised, added, and changed some features as we progressed. They were always punctual, professional, and conferred with us on all details. They offered ideas, advice, and we relied on their expertise.
