> I met Joe and Esther two years ago while doing research on a potential property purchase, and am THRILLED that I decided to work with them to construct my dream home on a lake in Northeastern PA. They are the best partners anyone could ever hope for - super high quality, great problem solvers, super customer-focused, creative, fun, kind, and honest. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

**★★★★★ — drjrl, Feb. 2015**

> Over seven years, we have used Axtell Construction for a complete kitchen remodel, replacement of all windows in our home, and a new roof. The roof required complete stripping of the old shingles and replacement of 11 sheets of plywood. In addition, Axtell replaced the fascia all around the house. I have always been 100% satisfied with their work in general, their attention to detail, the quality of their materials and the finish work on each job. Their prices are fair. If I had a building project to do today, I would call them first. The price below is for the roofing job.

**Comment from Axtell Construction:**

> Hi Jim and Diane,
> We appreciate the positive feedback, thanks for taking the time out of your busy schedules to provide a review for us. We are so glad to hear you have been pleased with our work. - Joe and Esther

## Community Q&A

**Q: Cost** *(in Photo Questions)*

How much does this conversion cost

A: Depends on total square foot of space, the roof was existing so there was not a cost for that. Depending on finishes you would be around $75-$100/sq. Ft.

**Q: Lovely stain!** *(in Photo Questions)*

Wonderful kitchen, similar in many details to the one we are currently designing. I gather the cabinets are quarter sawn oak, but can you tell me anything about the stain?

A: HI! Thanks for your inquiry. It was a stain by Minwax called Early American with a satin poly overtop.
