Two weeks ago the roof started leaking and our bedroom ceiling collapsed. I had been working with their Customer Service Department for over a week now and they still haven't done anything and they say it may rain this weekend. I did get a call this morning wanting to come out to give me a quote on a new roof. They knew the roof was leaking and the ceiling collapsed, so they got that information from their system. They are no longer licensed in Las Vegas to do roofs so it seems they are giving me the run around. Project looks incomplete. No bench. We are disabled and still have to buy something to sit on. That’s why we did all of this. Cheap standard apartment style shower head with no wand. We totally got the switch and bait. It’s hard to get into. And the shower door doesn’t open enough. Such a disappointment in our home. The doors don’t open enough to clean them properly. I still use my other bathroom over the new shower. The grab bar came undone the only time I used the shower. The project kept getting delayed and they seemed unprepared. Apparently they only warranty for a year on install. So they can get away with installation just good enough to last a year. Extremely dissatisfied with the service. Claim was filed on 9/3/22 and they never called about status, to go over the denial or anything.
