Appointments can be scheduled days, nights, and weekends either in your home or in our office and selection center. During office appointments we display clients kitchens on flat screen TV’s and help them look through 100’s of sample door styles, almost a thousand sample finish blocks and sample kitchen cabinets. During home visits and Zoom meetings we make design changes showing you what your kitchen can look like while you are sitting in the very room being renovated. This is more convenient for our customers and it eliminates the expense of staffing and maintaining a larger space that is open to walk in traffic. We pass the significant savings on to our customers and so we sell cabinetry for less than other dealers, even home centers like Lowes and The Home Depot. We believe that since a web site like Houzz.com has over half a million kitchen photos, any advantage to going to a full kitchen showroom with full kitchen displays has been lost. Almost no customer today will ever get to see a display kitchen in their door style and finish because there are just too many possibilities. And the design of each kitchen is unique anyway. They okayed a panel ready beverage fridge. When it was time to install it did not fit because a certain type of hinge is needed to fit between two cabinet doors for the beverage fridge to open properly. I have the email interaction to prove that we reached out to Chris for him to okay the fridge we wanted and he said "good to order." Paul the owner was awful and told me he went to Harvard so he knows kitchens and somehow would not take responsibility or help in any way. I tell people to stay away and would not recommend them. Honestly it was not about the mistake but how they treated me when something went wrong. That is how you see a companies true colors. The process of seeing/measuring my kitchen, coming up with design and tweaking, and cabinet selection was very fast. Not sure what color the customer did for the walls. Thanks, Chris **Q: Is the backsplash glass or ceramic?** *(in Photo Questions)* I can't zoom in enough to tell if this is clear/white glass or ceramic tile, but like the "handmade" look of them. A: Hello, The link to backsplash tile is below. I paired it with Tile Bar's non-sanded grout in Steel color as it almost exactly matches the gray edging of the tile. We did 1/16th grout lines. I also paired it with the color match caulking in steel color from jamico4u.com as you can see in the attached image. Hope this helps.
