The process to get started is usually a client will find a home in a plan magazine, bring it into our office and we can give a close estimate from that to let them know the price range. They then order blueprints and bring them in for a exact quote. If our price is accepted we will draw up a contract for them to submit to the bank. After the contract is signed we will schedule their project.

One of the most important and expensive investments a person can make during his or her lifetime is the purchase of a home. It is imperative that the workmanship is of the highest quality possible. The owner, John Bounds, employs only the most skilled technicians who are capable of producing only the highest quality workmanship.

> Owner of Bounds Construction, John Bounds, is a professional contractor who is very respectful of his customers. After researching his company and the houses and businesses he has built, I decided to hire him to do a renovation/repair house job for me. I bought a home that was built over sixty years ago.  I was in need of a home of my own, and I discovered it one day while driving by the neighborhood it is in. The price was low enough that I was able to finance the renovation work. Mr. Bounds is doing the work and it is currently under construction. He listened to what was needed and agreed graciously to do the work. His company started to work the day that my loan was closed. The house is going to take a lot of work, but the company has already done enough work that Mr. Bounds has received my full confidence. I am recommending that anyone who desires to build a house to contact Mr. Bounds, especially concerning all the new houses his company has built over the past two decades.
