Aside from payment demands, there was nothing consistent or on time throughout the process. Phantom add-on costs, miscalculations of the quote were also constant throughout the project. When you pay a premium price ($200k) you expect expertise and not laborers reading directions on how to install simple items like lighting, cabinets, etc. > > Aside from the poor communication, management and customer service, the product is nothing but Handyman Special. 2 years since the completion and there isn't a single area of > the project that remains in good > condition. Sheisty electrical work has the lights consistently flickering due to unskilled electrical work.
