Emerson and his team completed a beautiful patio for us in April, and we've been enjoying it ever since. I personally met with 4 different companies and Best Hands stood out right away in a number of ways: > 1\) Emerson always showed up on time and called back when he said he would > 2\) Emerson was the most knowledgeable professional out of the bunch: he offered ideas and built on the vision we had to design the ideal patio for us > 3\) His proposal outlined the work in the most detailed way so that we knew exactly what was included and how the job was going to be done > 4\) He came over a number of times to walk us through the contract, answer our questions and make us feel totally comfortable with the investment and the plan > > His crew worked fast (as fast as they could with some intermittent snow!), cleanly and were able to answer whatever questions we had as the job was moving along.
