The franchise owner, David Powell is in the window fashions industry since 1991 and is fully trained in the Budget Blinds processes and with our many suppliers including Norman Window Fashions, Graber/Springs, Hunter Douglas and Lafayette Venetian Blind to name only a few.



Our installer, Marc Chandler is a professional in every sense of the word and brings years of home improvement experience to every project.

> I have my blinds for 4 years and the valance started to sag.  I  called and received a prompt reply.    They are a wonderful company to work with.  They came and fixed my valance with no questions asked.   My warranty has expired and I was not charged.
