They were doing work for another neighbor. I snapped a picture of their info and number and that's where it all started. I had a coveted deck which is now a three season room (which I love) and a new deck attached to that. I can finally set outside and have my coffee and watch the birds. Both jobs were done with perfection and care. Ofcourse I would recommend them to anyone who cares how their project turns out. We had an issue with a bathroom that we found wasn't done properly. After a few years, the quality and craftsmanship fell apart, and we started to get water damage. Tim came in assessed the situation and was able to provide us with a great price, and by far the best workmanship we have seen. Not only did they go out of their way to fit us in, (since this was the only bathroom with a shower or tub). The work ethic demonstrated by Tim and his employees was second to none. You see the show's on TV where you think, "Wow, I wish I could get that kind of quality, and treatment in a remodel" ... Well, we found it with July's. We could not be any happier with the final product. We are having our kitchen, bathroom and laundry room completely remodled. Work began on April 5, (as I'm writing this it's May 20), although we had many consultations beforehand. Skip Ray worked with us on plans, materials, and our vision. His work was truly wonderful and he is an excellent listener! Tim Graham is the construction "boss." If you have the pleasure of working with Tim, you will not be disappointed. He is professional, his work is impeccable, and he's a great communicator. Everyday we know what is happening and when we could expect this or that to be done. I can't say enough good things about him! The work that has been completed so far is very good and we have no issues. As I said, there is still a lot to be done and it is taking some time so if you're planning a big reno, be prepared for inconveniences. You might want to learn how to do dishes in the tub or bathroom sink...lol.
