We happened to see a living room area rug that we thought would work perfectly in our home in North Carolina. When we returned home and contacted the store they were so helpful. They were able to obtain a sample of the rug and have it sent to us to make sure of the color. They arranged the shipping and even got me the Labor Day discount applied to the purchase. They continued to assist me though out the shipping and tracking to make sure things were running as scheduled. We could not have asked for a better experience. We love the rug and it fits beautifully in our home. Thank you!
