Andy was very responsive and was quick to return a phone call to respond to any questions; however, it was a challenge for Andy and his team to get the job done properly. Andy and his team had to return to our house a number of times to fix problems with both the shutters as well as workmanship. At times, the corrective actions made the situation worse. The first set of shutters received were returned because of manufacturer defect, but only after insisting on a replacement. As a manufactured product, noticeable defects should not be tolerated and frankly should have been caught in the factory. We also had issues with louvers that would not open/close as well as issues with the tilt bars. In addition, because of poor measurements, the shutters did not fit properly and therefore scratched the window frame upon opening and closing. It took Andy and his team multiple attempts to install the shutters properly. Overall, the process was not what we had in mind and we were unsatisfied with the results. **★★★★★ — mossae, May 2015** > I purchased a new town home in Mount Pleasant and needed made to order wooden blinds (eleven in total) on all the windows. I reached out to several companies via email and Andy was the first to respond. Although the town home was not complete yet he visited the model home to give me an estimate. His estimate was reasonable for the product and his price included installation. I placed the order and he installed product in 2 weeks as promised. He was prompt to return emails or phone calls. > I would highly recommend him as he was professional, courteous and well priced.
