One of the crews working on our house failed to cover an unfinished portion of our carport roof which led to the ceiling crashing down on my wife's car after a torrential downpour. Left our property with over 6,000 dollars in damage and the owner claims it is not their responsibility. Also tried to add things to the final contract that were not discussed or included in the original estimate. Painful experience from start to finish. He closed in the original bedroom door and cut an entrance doorway from our bedroom and installed a hidden door. He built a large custom shower and added a large vanity. His tile work in the shower and the floors is impeccable. The new floors are also heated. New prefinished oak was installed in the master bedroom to match the rest of our home. He did a wonderful job and I could not be more pleased. Despite the excessively high temperatures they completed my roof on schedule and within the estimate we agreed upon. It looks terrific and sounds incredible whenever it rains. All of the workers were polite and respectful of my property. I kept an ample supply of popsicles in my freezer to take the edge off the high summer temperatures.
