It's amazing what drywall and carpet removal can do! We are pleased with the results, and obviously not done. Still need to hang more artwork and plan on adding floating shelves behind the two chairs at the end with a bold pendant light hanging in between. And AC vents apparently. The space feels so much brighter and modern. (Excuse the filthy toddler and awkward dog) A: Awesome improvement, I love your decor. **Q: boys bathroom** *(in Before & After)* started with a very dated 1970's colonial.. A: Love the tile, wonderful transformation! **Q: Brooklyn Kitchen Remodel** *(in Before & After)* This original kitchen needed a complete gut remodel. As the designer, I removed everything including the concrete slab floor. That increased the ceiling height by 1 1/2". I was able to give the client maximum storage space including a pantry, an appliance garage, roll out corner cabinets, a pull out spice rack and a tray base. We added under cabinet lighting and the client chose the backsplash tiles to compliment. We are almost completed and a world away from where we started. Budget 25K-30K in including cabinets, counters, contractor, appliances, lighting all materials, flooring, and even some hallway cabinetry. A: Looks great, good job! **Q: Powder Bath Remodel** *(in Before & After)* Before and After powder bath. Custom wainscoting and marble floors go a long way in tiny spaces. A: Great choice with the wallpaper! **Q: Our new kitchen** *(in Before & After)* We remodeled our kitchen at the end of 2014 - it was taken down to the studs and the footprint modified. It came out beautiful. We designed and chose all the materials and worked with a phenomenal contractor - AM PM Remodeling who made it all possible. The old kitchen had honey maple cabinets and a small white tile counter top, very dated. A: Oh my goodness what a transformation! Very nice job! **Q: Mural - See Through Window.** *(in Before & After)* After this restaurant got a fresh coat of paint in and out and a new logo, they invited me to design and paint a few murals. I took a few pictures of the interior and used those elements on my see through imaginary window. All this was done free hand and performed live for the customers to see the progress. A: Great job!
