We enclosed a porch and removed support walls to combine three living areas to accommodate our family needs. We wanted the addition to feel like an original part of the home and not an addition. With that Philip and Dave delivered an exceptional living space for our family that works well with the original floor plan. The workmanship was outstanding. Dave was so helpful in suggesting and explaining the process from demolition to completion. Philip was always available by text, phone or visiting to check on the progress of the project. Any problems that surfaced when removing walls, or during the project there was always a back up plan to solve the problem. The job site was always left clean and orderly at all times of the day. Before demolition a false wall with visqueen was built in the house to prevent dust in the remaining part of the home and to provide privacy. Dave, the Project Manager would always let us know the schedule, what time to expect subs, and his objective for the next day and week. If changes occurred he would always send a text to keep us updated and what to expect for the day. He went above and beyond what he was expected to do. We were fortunate to get to know Dave, and felt like he became part of our family. Let me start with the quality that Phil and his guys focused on. Very small things that make our house stand apart from our neighbors. > Lighting over the island and double crown molding. What we really love is the flooring with the kids it’s amazing for wear and tear and not showing dirt. Another great feature that is small was little windows they placed over the kitchen cabinets and in the shower. Small things make the difference. The fireplace stone looks amazing with our decor.
