He took out the old tub and put in a shower, retailing the whole bath. This required all new tile work in the shower and shower pan. The existing tub surround and one whole room wall of tile had to be removed and re-drywalled. To complicate the job, we decided to move between the time we contracted with Jack and his arriveal to begin work. This made the finish date critical to putting the house on the market. > > Jack took these disruptions in stride. Did an excellent job, arrived on time each day and letting us know if he was going to be at all late (10 or 15 minutes). He kept the site tidy even thought it was in the middle of the house.
