I spent many hours going back and forth with Sean about the work to be done before signing, and he clarified everything top to bottom, including costs and processes. There were several site visits to get everyone on the same page before work got started, which was also reassuring. > Tesfaye was our project lead and he knocked it out of the park. Everything was very well-communicated, from materials choices to timelines, which was admittedly longer than anticipated, but not by much and partly by our choice. Tesfaye was efficient, detail-oriented, and rolled up his sleeves for the many little surprises in our 1895 bathroom.
