> James was an excellent GC. Coordinated so many different teams and worked highly efficiently while creating the house of our dreams. Our build was technically very complex and he handled the project with ease. His team was some of the hardest working craftsmen and tradespeople I've ever seen. He handled all of our design requests very well, and made some alternative suggestions based on his expertise that were more practical and turned out great. All said and done, our new house went from site preparation to move-in ready in 8 months, which was an astonishing feat for the amount of work and extreme detail involved. He also managed to do it all during the rainy season with uncooperative land and soil! Cannot recommend JP Engineering and Construction highly enough.
