I called for an estimate, left a message was called back promptly, was given a time frame that was convenient. PJ showed up ON TIME! PJ offered us many options for materials and style of decking for our small pool deck to find the right one for us. He answered all of our questions and had photos so we could easily see what he was discussing with us. We have dogs who would be going up on the deck so certain products would show more scratches as opposed to others that would not. We had railing in our backyard and front of our home on stoops and a porch and he suggested we match that railing rather than just putting the typical option up. He even made sure to match the height of the posts from the top of the rail to the cap so everything would match. On day of install he came ON TIME again and worked from start to completion and my yard was cleaned up before they left. We love our "cute" deck and really enjoyed using it this pool season as did the pooches. You will not regret hiring this company and working with PJ.
